I had to back out the changes to the buildbot master for enabling HG_SHARED, I guess I have more work to do on that front.

For those interested, I had tried to trigger our build steps (tagging, etc.) which buildbot was not recognizing... turns out that the reconfig didn't complete because we had a hung slave. And the sad part is, buildbot did not make that even remotely obvious, hence the longer than 3 hours.

Honestly, I don't think I've ever heard anyone say you guys couldn't though I have heard people ask (numerous times as a matter of fact) when you guys were going to (insert toolkit, libxul, etc.). Glad SeaMonkey has reached another milestone.

Maybe we can use a mercurial hook to send a warning back to clients if they're using an out of date mercurial. Presumably the client version is sent to the server, and if not, it should be.

Thanks for the reminder to update from Mercurial 1.5 to 1.5.4 :)

MozillaBuild is great, really, but somebody should take the time and do occasional updates. Already because current Mercurial versions have seen tons of improvements (mostly concerning usability rather than the very critical stuff but still).
